- His/her tasks will consist of:
- Repairing any defects to products we represent.
- Independently supporting our customers in the field, in the event of problems with productions on location and solving technical problems in permanent systems.
- Providing technical support by telephone in the event of emergencies or customers’ technical questions.
What we expect of our new colleague is a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
The ability to work independently is important, as well as a good team spirit and a demonstrable commercial approach.
